The Residential Complex U Kříže is a showcase of modern urban living, offering 476 stylish flats, 4 commercial units and 500 parking places, all within a carefully planned and architecturally refined environment. Completed in 1999, the project was honored with the prestigious title Building of the Year. Set around a vibrant central square and framed by elegant tree-lined streets, the development features 13 distinctive buildings that blend contemporary design with comfort and charm. The mix of terraced housing, welcoming public spaces, colorful façades, and lush greenery creates a harmonious atmosphere ideal for relaxed and high-quality city life. This award-winning project was brought to life by renowned architect Karel Prager in collaboration with Zdeněk Janeček and Zbyšek Stýblo.
